Our Ecológica candle jars can be returned in person to Revology Concept Store, 28 Helwick street, Wānaka. You can drop your jars to Revology no matter where you made your purchase.

If you are not local to Wānaka, we will cover the cost of postage from elsewhere in NZ, for return of 4+ of our jars. If you would like to ship jars back to us please get in touch.

Yes you can! Jars need to be clean (soy wax remnants are easily removed with warm water and dish liquid) and free from any cracks or damage.
