Ecológica’s 5 rules of candle care

No.1: Time
Allow plenty of time for the melting wax during burning to reach the edges of the container - especially during the very first burn. This could take a while (depending on the size and width of the candle), so make sure you intend to enjoy some candle ambience for a couple of hours. Doing this will help prevent tunnelling of the wax down the centre of the candle during future burns.

No. 2: Trim
Trim the wick nice and short between burns - to allow a clean burning flame. This can be done using a wick trimmer, or quite easily by snapping the wick with your fingers. Ensure not to leave wick trimmings or debris in the candle.

No. 3: Saftey
Safety and burning instructions can be found on the underside of your
Ecológica Candle, make sure to follow this advice every time you burn your
candle to prevent accident or injury.

No. 4: 3 Rs
Once you are finished with your candle, the container can be easily cleaned
with soap + hot water and then:
Reused in the home, Recycled or Returned to us to become a candle once again.

No. 5: Love
Love your home, and love the earth!
